How to Get Involved in Your Child’s School
Becoming involved in your child’s school is essential to your child’s desire to learn and be interested in succeeding. It is a wonderful means for family bonding.
Families, your helping hand is always welcomed.
We welcome you to particpate in our fundraisers and Back to School Night, or serve as a Room Parent and join the PTA (Parent Teachers Association); and of course, be an active participant in the Book Club amd Trading Books Program; plus attend all parent conferences.
We also welcome your service in helping us with our gardening projects, maintaining our computers, beautifying our campus on various projects, serving on the hospitality crew or at the Book Fair, jogging in the Jog-A-Thon, or participating in the Script Program.
All of these activites benefit the school, your child, and you. As John D. Rockefeller stated, ” Giving should be entered into in just the same way as investing. Giving is investing.” This school is one of the beginnings of your investment in your child and your family and we welcome your investment.
